Lily properties are known to have a focus on food – earlier this year, Lily Beach Resort was graced by Michelin Starred chef Dominik Kappeler. And in March, Hideaway brought over chef Michelin Star chef Jean Marc Boyer.
This time around, Hideaway’s bringing another culinary star: the French chef Sebastien Pinson. Michelin Starred Chef Pinson has been in the trade for 20 years, and has showcased his talent around the world at some of the most renown hotels.
A statement reads that Pinson, like others before him, will be using local ingredients to conjure up food that has ‘little to do with ordinary food and more with true art.’
At Hideaway, guests have a mouthwatering selection of culinary establishments to choose from, including an Asian restaurant, an upscale a la carte restaurant, and the casual pool bar.
Pinson loves culinary diversity and is thrilled with the concept of dining at different outlets every day.
“We are pleased to have Chef Sebastien onboard and to lead the team. With him, I am excited to see his exceptional creations for our guests that will delight and amaze their senses during their stay”, says Christian Szabo, general manager of Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa.
“We always consider our guests to experience the finest dining considering Chef Sebastien’s expertise, we will continue to enhance our culinary delights and do our utmost to cater everyone’s desire”, says Mr. Michael Wieser, CEO of Lily Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd.
