Hotel Jen has added some great desserts to its great selection of delightful treats. The desserts were launched at a small ceremony held at the rooftop Azur restaurant last night.
Its 100% Molten Chocolate is all chocolate; white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. You can taste the quality of the Belgian chocolate in every bite. There is a caramelised white chocolate sauce to accompany it as well.
Another is a gluten-free version of the Italian classic, the tiramisu, served with a shot of espresso. Its Local Delight is a twist on the famous kanamdhu cake, a combination of condensed milk and sea almond, served with vanilla ice cream.
The Summer Berry and Cheese dessert features layers of berries and cream cheese, a lighter version of a blueberry cheese cake, and it’s big enough to share.
Its Tropical Dream is perfect for a hot afternoon, a refreshing dessert made with tropical fruits served with a sweet bread and topped with coconut ice cream.
A twist on the classic banoffee pie was the star of the night; a combination of caramel, banana and chocolate.
