Accor is holding a global digital campaign #ALLtogether, and this sees Movenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives collaborate with famous local artist Hussain Atheek as well as popular local musos Detune Band.
Self-taught artist Atheek showcased his talent for teaching yesterday, demonstrating how to create your own abstract painting. He has been exhibited internationally and is a versatile artist who works with many different media from acrylic to oil colour. His art studios are found across several resorts in the Maldives.
Meanwhile, Detune Band are debuting their new song Mee Raajje today. This group of five are known to be genre-bending, playing safe, appealing blends of funk, jazz, reggae and others. They released their first album on 5 April 2014, and are certified from the Berkley College of Music, USA.
