Anantara Kihavah Maldives’ award winning underwater restaurant SEA is introducing the first ever truly immersive dining experience with a 3D sensory dining event. A limited number of diners will be transported to the underwater restaurant, where they will be treated to two hours of a surreal aquatic adventure and culinary experience.
The experience is composed of storytelling with 3D visual effects that delve into a message of the need for sustainability while diners are treated to a six course meal prepared by Executive Chef Joachim Textor. The dishes are crafted to take guests on a journey from the deep sea to the arctic, and from the beach to the coral reef.
Each dish symbolically represents a facet of ocean conservation, presented in an engaging, entertaining, and whimsical way in creations that feature seafood from around the world along with a whole host of special surprises. The diners are encouraged to engage with the show as they complete interactive activities while enjoying their meal.
The culinary adventure is available every Wednesday and Saturday night until March 2024.
