This new year, Patina Maldives invites its guests on a wine journey and culinary excellence with visionary chefs and master baristas.
Michelin Star Chef Bo Bech will be gracing Kōen, their Japanese and Nordic cuisine restaurant, from 15th to 28th January 2024. Chef Bech prompted the Nordic culinary movement and is a revered figure in the culinary world.
Barista Goran Goric is set to install pop-ups around the island from 15th to 29th January 2024. The pop-ups will consist of latte art masterclasses and coffee cocktail menus.
And lastly, a Balthasar Ress Wine Journey will close January, from 23rd to 24th, with passage into the world of winery from the legendary Rheingau.
