Internationally acclaimed celebrity chef, Jan Cleusters, brings his expertise and vision to Fushifaru Maldives’ Raakani Surf’n’Turf Restaurant. Chef Cleusters will curate a new set menu and enhance the existing fine dining options.
His passion for cooking began in childhood and with a diploma and an apprenticeship in Michelin-starred cuisine, Chef Cleusters has won numerous international awards at the New York Festival, the Indie Awards, as well as at One Show, ADC and D&AD. Chef Cleusters is known for his passion for merging local flavors with international techniques.
