Joy Island hosted its first Gourmet Week of the year from 10th to 20th January 2024. The event was held in collaboration with Chef Theo Penati of Pierino Penati’s Restaurant in Brianza.
The resort organized a one of a kind Michelin Star dining experience for their guests, showcasing the chef’s signature dishes.
Chef Theo’s dishes represent the best of Italian cuisine. He integrates contemporary innovations into his creations, while honoring the traditional elements of those dishes.
