COMO Cocoa Island will be welcoming kitesurfing world champion, Youri Zoon, for a residency from 6th to 20th May 2024.
Zoon will conduct guided kitesurfing sessions, offering novices an introduction to the sport and empowering veterans to elevate their abilities. He will also host COMO Conversations, delving into his personal journey in the world of kitesurfing.
Born in the Netherlands, Zoon’s passion for kiteboarding began at the age of 13. With victories at the Junior European Championships and Dutch Nationals in his inaugural year, he eventually acquired the world title in 2011 and 2012.
