Renowned Chef Jane Alty will be serving guests her famed cuisine this summer at Soneva resorts, from 1st to 15th August 2024.
The famed chef is known for her signature Asian cuisine, and championship of authentic Thai flavors. She is a purveyor of the Asian food revolution in the UK and focuses on authentic Thai ingredients in her creations.
Chef Jane is a classically trained chef who became infatuated with Thai cuisine at a young age. After four years at world-renowned Nahm, working under the internationally acclaimed chef David Thompson, she opened The Begging Bowl, in the heart of Southeast London.
She is featured in the top 100 influential women in hospitality and in 2022, Chef Jane took her years of experience to JKS, where she nurtures the next generation of chefs and oversees all their Chaiyo restaurants.
