LUX* South Ari Atoll shines at Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge

The culinary team of LUX* South Ari Atoll won numerous accolades at the annual Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge, held this year from 13th to 15th May at Dharubaaruge and Maldives National University, with the awards ceremony hosted by Crossroads Maldives.

The event featured a record-breaking 692 participants from 71 resorts across the Indian Ocean region. The Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge is an acclaimed platform for showcasing culinary excellence. 

LUX* South Ari Atoll secured the title of Most Outstanding Chef by the resort’s Senior Sous Chef Barun Kumar Singh, among 31 other awards; 6 Gold Medals, 8 Silver Medals, 8 Bronze Medals, and 8 Merit Certificates.
