Joy Island is once again gearing up to host Gourmet Week. The event is scheduled from 6th to 16th August 2024, in collaboration with Milan’s renowned Bomaki restaurant chain.
Gourmet Week is organized by The Cocoon Collection and Corporate Executive Chef Giovanni De Ambrosis. The event will feature Chef Jeric’s innovative Japanese-Brazilian cuisine.
A show cooking at Rainbow Bar and two exclusive dinners at The Market Restaurant are included in the schedule of the event.
