Fushifaru Maldives announces the residency of renowned Portuguese football player and influential personality, Candido Costa. He will be visiting the resort to host an exclusive football camp from 17th to 24th July 2024.
The former football player was born in São João da Madeira and achieved Primeira Liga totals of 162 games and four goals over ten seasons. He also competed professionally in England and Romania. Costa is currently a commentator on Channel 11 and serves as the head of PR relations for the Portugal team during the EURO.
The resort’s football camp will provide guests and aspiring football players an opportunity to train with one of the sport’s most esteemed figures. Costa will also host a team building class for the resort’s staff.
