Soneva Fushi’s Flying Sauces restaurant is hosting an exclusive residency by Korean Chef Jun Lee and his team from two Michelin-starred restaurant SOIGNÉ, from 15th October 2024 to 10th January 2025. Chef Jun Lee and his team will be presenting a menu that showcases the essence of SOIGNÉ in the Maldives.
