Chef Mauro Colagreco, the owner of the world’s best restaurant Mirazur in Singapore, will host a series of exclusive culinary pop-ups on the island. His fusion of his Italian-Argentine heritage, his French culinary training, and commitment to using sustainable ingredients will bring fine dining to the resort in December.
