CROSSROADS Maldives announces key leadership changes within its Executive Committee, with Abdulla Mufeed becoming the Assistant General Manager of SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton and Mohamed Adil stepping into the role of Resort Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, effective from 1st September 2024.
Abdulla Mufeed’s transfer to SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, marks another chapter in his 25-year career in the hospitality industry. His hospitality career began in the role of a Receptionist in 1999 and gradually elevated to holding leadership roles at well-established resorts in the Maldives, including Four Seasons, One&Only and Coco Collection.
Frederic Lebegue, the General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, commented on Mufeed’s contributions of the past 6 years, “Mufeed has been an integral part of our Band (Team). Mohamed Adil, who is now the Resort Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, moved from his previous position as Assistant General Manager at The Marina at CROSSROADS Maldives. His new role at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives offers him the opportunity to expand his leadership in resort management, bringing valuable operational insight to the forefront. Adil’s hospitality career spans over two decades, during which he held key positions at leading international hotel chains such as Four Seasons, Hilton and Minor, as well as prominent local resort brands in the Maldives. His experience extends beyond the Maldives, with stints in Qatar and Malaysia.
