Nova Maldives is set to host an exclusive dining experience, in collaboration with celebrated chef Kazuki Arai, at Mizu, their overwater teppanyaki restaurant. The resort guests will indulge in the refined dining experience from 18th to 22nd November 2024. Guests will enjoy a set menu paired with premium sake and participate in bespoke cooking classes, led by the chef.
Chef Arai brings a wealth of experience in Japanese culinary arts, having recently launched a new culinary venture that focuses on using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from Gunma Prefecture. His approach celebrates Gunma’s rich agricultural heritage, including the creation of award-winning bento that highlight the connection between local producers and consumers.
Additionally, three days before the Mizu activation, the resort will also host a dinner, in collaboration with the prestigious Maison Taittinger. Guests will be treated to a five-course dinner, paired with the finest vintages from some of Taittinger Champagne’s produce.
