It’s time to switch into a new groove for 2021. Last year has been a trial for most, including us, but it is only human to hope even in the most desperate of times.
We have reason to be (cautiously) optimistic too, with the country recording the arrival of the 500,000th visitor recently. Air traffic has risen, with big carriers such as Qatar Airways increasing their daily flights to meet high demand.
Also, we heard some resorts way down south are boasting full occupancy. It’s fair to imagine that the demand for travel has increased despite or perhaps because of the havoc wreaked by the virus. And hopefully, the vaccine will be available to all by mid-2021!
