Jen Maldives Malé by Shangri-La is offering a ‘Turkish Iftar’ this Ramadan at the hotel’s Lime Restaurant, newly redecorated in a Middle Eastern theme with Arabic designs.

Aside from Turkish and Middle Eastern specialities such as kebabs, kofte, lamb ouzi, baklava, and mixed Arabic mezze, Jen also serves Maldivian favourites for breaking the fast such as mashuni and kandukukulhu. Traditional Turkish and Middle Eastern desserts will be served up at live action stations with Arabic music playing in the background to complete the ambience.

“We want to offer not just special menu selections, but an unforgettable experience for our visitors this year,” said General Manager Brice Lunot.

All Iftar customers will be eligible for a lucky draw and stand the chance of winning a three-day holiday for two in Turkey with compliments from Ace Travel Maldives. The lucky winner will stay at the luxury Shangri-La Bosporus in Istanbul.

Hotel Jen’s Iftar package this year costs MVR570 (US$37) per person with discounts and promotional offers for large groups and outside catering.
