W Goa is bringing authentic Indian flavours and mixology to its sister resort W Maldives in a first of its kind bar and kitchen takeover from 24 to 26 August .
“Undoubtedly a haven for an ultimate luxury paradise escape, guests can experience the best of both worlds that W Goa and W Maldives has to offer at this three-day bar and kitchen takeover,” according to W Maldives.
The ‘Taste W Goa at W Maldives’ event begins on Wednesday with W Goa’s Director of Beverage Kshitij Goel and Sous Chef Jotiba Birje taking over the bar and kitchen of W Maldives’ signature overwater restaurant Fish. Chef Jotiba will curate a five-course menu inspired from the heritage and new age culture of Goa to be paired with beverages conceited by Kshitij.
On the following day, Kshitij will take over W Maldives’ sundown bar for “W Goa Sunset Session at SIP” to offer five cocktails and mocktails curated based on the guest’s preference.
Guests can join Chef Jotiba’s “The Chef In You” cooking class at the Kada outdoor venue on 26 August.
