Canareef Resort Maldives announces the installation of 720 solar panels at the resort, marking a significant step in reducing the resort’s carbon footprint. The extensive installation is scheduled for completion within one month and is estimated to reduce 10% of its fuel consumption.
The solar panels are projected to generate 400 KW of power, significantly contributing to the resort’s energy needs. The installation will cover both staff and guest areas, and provide a renewable energy source for various operations throughout the resort.
