Limited spaces are currently available for lease this year for entrepreneurs and brands looking to start their venture at The Marina in the retail, and entertainment enterprises. The available units are located in both the East and West Wings, ranging from 9 to 212 square meters.
Prospective tenants, whether established brands or businesses, are required to meet certain conditions and must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for evaluation. Upon completion of the selection process, successful tenants will have a rent-free grace period of 30 to 60 days from the handover of the leased space, allowing a seamless establishment process.
The destination attracts clientele from SAii Lagoon Maldives-Curio Collection by Hilton, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and SO/ Maldives, alongside transit tourists, yachts, cruises, and visitors from local islands, the greater Male area, and local guesthouses. Additionally, the complementary dhoni transfers allows visitors of The Marina to conveniently travel within a 30 minute journey from Male’ and within 20 minutes from the airport via speedboat.
