The Accor Maldives Collection of five-star resorts has a broad selection of food and beverage offerings with something for every type of traveller. Here is a round-up of the latest and greatest new dining experiences to explore at each of its tropical island resorts.

For a family-friendly escape: Mövenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives 

For those on a quest for uninhibited family time, Mövenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives offers adults and children alike their very own luxury castaway adventure.

The resort’s new Signature Castaway Dining experience takes guests to a secluded island, 25 minutes away by speedboat. Upon arrival guests are greeted with an untouched, pristine tropical paradise to enjoy however they please. Guests can then indulge in a luxury picnic or BBQ menu served by their very own butler, featuring tuna sashimi, blinis with caviar, grilled lobster, wagyu steak, local fish, scallops, Mövenpick’s very own ice cream and Valrhona chocolate delice.

Viljanen is the Chef Patron of Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen restaurant in Dublin, Ireland. Prior to that, he was the executive chef of The Greenhouse restaurant in Dublin where he achieved 2 Michelin Stars in 2019.

The Indian Ocean might be 4,000 miles away from Italy, but the Pullman Maldives ensures guests have the very best Italian cuisine despite the distance. Recently Pullman Maldives has reimagined their Souq Oven dinner menu from Levantine and Turkish flavours to authentic Italian.

For those looking to indulge by wining and dining all day and night, the adults-only all-inclusive Mercure Maldives Kooddoo resort has guests’ wishes covered. Visitors will be completely spoiled for choice and enjoy peace of mind without additional charges.
