The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands is set to host renowned mixologist and Singapore’s pioneer of the foraging movement Vijay Mudaliar.
From 29 to 30 April, Mudaliar will present his ground-breaking concepts at the resort’s EAU Bar for its Behind The Bar series.
Mudaliar is the owner of the legendary Native and plant-based Analogue Initiative. With its commitment to local and regional produce, and its highly creative and zero-waste cocktails Native – listed #14 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2021 and an honouree of the Sustainable Bar Award 2019 – was born of the intention to also feature a culinary menu that focuses on soul food and the comfort it brings.
